By using Eduksh, the subscribing school and its users agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Service description
Eduksh is a subscription software platform for educational institutions, including AI-assisted learning tools, assessments, staff dashboards, and optional parent communication channels (including WhatsApp where enabled).
School responsibilities
- Provide accurate roster data and keep login credentials confidential
- Supervise student use and comply with local education regulations
- Obtain parent/guardian consent where required for data processing and messaging
- Designate an administrator for access requests and billing
Acceptable use
Users must not attempt to bypass security, scrape the service, share accounts, upload illegal content, or misuse AI features to generate harmful material. We may suspend accounts that violate these rules.
AI content disclaimer
AI-generated explanations, notes, and questions may contain errors. Teachers remain responsible for curriculum decisions and formal grading. The platform is a support tool, not a replacement for qualified instruction.
WhatsApp messaging
Where WhatsApp notifications are enabled, messages are sent on behalf of the school using approved templates. Message frequency is limited to reduce spam. Parents may contact the school directly to opt out of non-essential messages.
Availability
We aim for high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance and factors outside our control (internet, third-party APIs) may cause temporary unavailability.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Eduksh is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the platform. Liability for direct damages is limited to fees paid by the school in the preceding twelve months.
Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated to subscribed schools. Continued use after notice constitutes acceptance.
